Twigg, Tony (b. 1953, Australia)

Tony Twigg has been exhibiting since 1975. He has produced over 40 Solo Exhibition in Australia, the Philippines, Singapore, USA and Europe. Tony's residency in Malaysia in 2005 shifted his works from narrative-based figuration to abstraction. 

His series of art constructions were formed by objects collected overtime including bamboo fences, Australian bush, provincial fish trap, metal shutters, shipping palette and recently, processed plywood.

Amongst the museum that collected his works are the National Gallery of Australia, the Queensland Art Gallery, the Art Gallery of NSW and Gallery Ateneo Manila.
