Ay Tjoe Christine (b. Bandung, Indonesia, 1973) 

Graduated from the prestigious Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia, she excelled in graphics and drawing techniques and was selected as the Top 5 Philip Morris Indonesian Art Award in 2001. Her first love was dry-point printing method which the design is etched directly into a metal printing plate. She started to work with media on canvas in 2002 that led to explorations on canvas blending pencil, crayon and gouache in year 2003. As she matured, her emotion deepens in showing human behaviors from daily scenes and issues. Her contemplative and insightful works have been exhibited at the 17th Asian International Art Exhibition, Daejeon Municipal Museum of Art in Korea (2002) and the British International Miniature Prints Exhibition in London (2002)
