Dake Jr., Carel Lodewijk (b. Schaerbeek, Belgium, 1886 - Jakarta, Indonesia, 1946) 

He was taught by his father, the artist C.L. Dake, and also studied painting with E. Pieters, A.M. Gorter and H. M. Krabbe in Laren, The Netherlands. He visited Indonesia in 1912, and spent time in Java, Sumatra and Bali. He created three large dioramas depicting Indonesia for the World Fair of San Francisco in 1915. He had solo exhibitions in Bogor and Bandung in 1919, and in Jakarta in 1933.
