Tan, Chin-chin
Born in Nghe An province, a graduate of the Indochina Fine Arts college, he specialized in lacquer and gouache painting.
He has participated in several shows and lectured at the Fine Arts College of Vietnam. He won first prize in 1984 at the National Fine Arts exhibition and the third prize in 1957.
